Jim's career extends back to owner of several successful businesses. With an early retirement in 1999 he decided he had too much energy to stay home. He entered real estate and in his first year sold over 4 million dollars (when an average house was $150,000.00). Jim was former sales manager of another realty company and the sales increased from 15 million to 70 million dollars.
Center State Realty offered Jim the position of manager of their realty division. His honesty, integrity and plain old hard work will make both Center State Realty and Jim a hugh success.
